📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional butler service to guests, including assistance with daily activities, travel arrangements, and event planning.
• Maintain a clean and organized living space, ensuring the highest standards of luxury.
• Assist with guest transportation and coordinate with local services for a seamless experience.
• Manage guest communications, ensuring all requests and concerns are addressed promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality.
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure guest safety.
• Act as a concierge, offering personalized recommendations for dining, activities, and shopping.
• Ensure all guest rooms and common areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a butler or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and experience with driving luxury vehicles.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and guest satisfaction.
