Additionally, you will manage the licensing process, ensuring that all necessary permits and certifications are obtained and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage the licensing process, ensuring all necessary permits and certifications are obtained and maintained.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development and licensing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and licensing in the palm oil industry.
• Proven track record of successful business development and licensing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian regulatory framework and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to travel frequently, including to remote areas in East Kalimantan.
