In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch, including inventory, sales, marketing, and customer service. You will work closely with our head office to ensure alignment with company-wide strategies and initiatives. Your daily tasks will include conducting market research, setting sales targets, training and mentoring your team, and implementing customer loyalty programs. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing branch finances.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales and customer service representatives.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
• Manage branch finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the head office to align branch activities with company-wide strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the retail or mobile accessories industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in using retail management software, such as Lightspeed or Square.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
