📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute a comprehensive beverage program that reflects the unique flavors and culture of Bali.
• Train and mentor junior bartenders to ensure consistent quality and service standards.
• Source and select high-quality ingredients, equipment, and supplies to support the beverage program.
• Create and maintain detailed cocktail recipes, menus, and inventory lists.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure a harmonious and cohesive dining experience.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and minimize waste.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and innovations in mixology.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bartender, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a beverage program in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail techniques, and beverage pairing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in mixology or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to travel and work in a tropical environment.
