📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all company assets, including machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement asset and fleet management policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze asset and fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Train and mentor team members on asset and fleet management best practices.
• Prepare and present regular reports on asset and fleet performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset and fleet management.
• Proficient in using asset and fleet management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures for vehicles and machinery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and experience driving a variety of vehicles.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards is a plus.
