📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow the sales pipeline for cruise and tour packages, targeting both corporate and individual clients.
• Provide personalized travel recommendations and itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure all travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and activities, are booked and confirmed.
• Handle client inquiries, bookings, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations to offer innovative and compliant travel solutions.
• Train and mentor new team members to maintain high standards of service and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, travel, or customer service, preferably in the cruise or tour industry.
