In this role, you will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure that our HR policies are up-to-date and that our employees are aware of and compliant with these policies.

As an HR Rules Staff, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including reviewing and updating HR rules and procedures, conducting training sessions on HR policies, and assisting with the implementation of new HR initiatives. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on HR compliance, and for providing support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and update HR rules and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Conduct training sessions on HR policies and procedures to ensure that all employees are aware of and compliant with these policies.
• Assist with the implementation of new HR initiatives and programs.
• Monitor and report on HR compliance to ensure that all employees are in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including answering questions and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR rules and procedures, including any changes or updates.
• Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to ensure that HR policies are up-to-date and that all employees are aware of and compliant with these policies.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR training programs to ensure that all employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to perform their jobs effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR rules and procedures, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to work well in a team and to collaborate effectively with other departments.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.
• Ability to travel to other locations within Indonesia as needed.
