📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff members.,Create and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and other educational resources.,Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff members to ensure they meet professional standards.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.,Collaborate with the management team to align training programs with the clinic's goals and objectives.,Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or training roles, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and inspire staff members.,Ability to design and deliver engaging and informative training sessions.,Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple training programs.,Strong knowledge of dental and pharmaceutical products and services.,Familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from various departments.
