📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and initiatives.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a remote or e-commerce setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and e-commerce platforms.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
