📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of goods.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality products.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products that meet our company's needs.,Oversee the ordering, receiving, and inventory management of purchased goods.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of goods.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and systems.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
