Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that operations are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the company.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that operations are running smoothly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
