Oversee the daily operations of the office, including administrative tasks, logistics, and communication.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient and effective business operations.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational processes and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage the office budget and ensure financial efficiency.,Handle and resolve operational issues and conflicts that may arise.,Provide leadership and guidance to the operational team.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.🛠️ Keahlian
