📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the industry.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to develop their skills and knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or related industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian both written and spoken.
