You will work closely with our housekeeping supervisor to develop and implement efficient cleaning protocols, using state-of-the-art equipment such as robotic vacuums and steam cleaners.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure all villas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards before, during, and after each guest's stay.
• Work closely with the housekeeping supervisor to develop and implement efficient cleaning protocols and schedules.
• Use state-of-the-art equipment such as robotic vacuums and steam cleaners to ensure a thorough and efficient cleaning process.
• Inspect villas for any damage or maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional cleaning services and a welcoming environment.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new cleaning technologies.
• Assist with special events and large groups, ensuring that all areas are clean and ready for guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with using robotic vacuums, steam cleaners, and other cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
• Familiarity with English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
