Head of Document License Compliance - Palm Oil Plantation & Mill Operations

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire licensing process for plantations, mills, and processing factories, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
• Manage and coordinate a team of compliance officers, providing guidance and support to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of licensing documents.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to streamline licensing processes and reduce delays.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of licensing documents to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with legal and operations teams to address any issues or challenges related to licensing compliance.
• Provide training and development opportunities for the compliance team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and report on compliance metrics and performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in document compliance, licensing management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing compliance processes and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian government regulations related to plantations, mills, and processing factories.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of compliance officers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address compliance issues effectively.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and compliance management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
