📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive the growth of our SaaS ERP Solutions.,Manage the sales pipeline and work closely with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.,Work with the product team to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our customers and drive adoption.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure that we are meeting our business objectives.,Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial or sales management role, preferably in the SaaS or ERP industry.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and the ability to develop and execute strategies that are tailored to the local context.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Proven track record of achieving sales and marketing targets.,Experience with CRM and sales automation tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
