📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide individual, group, and crisis counseling to students to address their emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.,Develop and implement school-wide mental health and well-being programs to promote positive student development.,Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.,Conduct assessments, interventions, and follow-ups to ensure the well-being of students.,Stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health and well-being, and share knowledge with the school community.,Participate in school events, activities, and initiatives to promote a positive school culture.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of student counseling sessions and interventions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Relevant work experience in school counseling, student support, or mental health services.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture, language, and education system is a plus.,Valid counseling certification or license, preferably from a recognized institution.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Commitment to promoting the well-being and success of all students.
