📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairing, and replacing equipment and facilities,Inspect and maintain all hotel equipment to ensure that it is in good working condition,Respond to urgent repairs or issues and provide timely solutions,Work closely with the hotel's management team to ensure that all maintenance needs are met,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance tasks and repairs,Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the work environment is safe and clean,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the hotel's facilities are in good condition and ready for guests

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role,Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems,Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with maintenance software and tools,Ability to lift and move heavy objects
