Royal Fast Sentosa is looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, interviewing, and hiring the best talent for our company. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we find the right candidates. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels and tools.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide excellent customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
