📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.,Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in onboarding new hires.,Support the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
