📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees, including software and hardware issues.,Monitor and maintain IT security protocols and practices.,Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and applications.,Support the IT team in managing and maintaining IT assets.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.,Provide technical training and support to employees as needed.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.,Good understanding of software and hardware troubleshooting.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is a plus.
